The sunny days and warm nights have gone and we really don’t think of Vitamin D right away, do we? Maybe you don’t know the role Vitamin D plays in your health? I recommend getting a blood test to know exactly where your levels are at but you can use the following guidelines to help know proper amounts.
Take 1000 IUs of Vitamin D-3 per 25 pounds of body weight, but not more than 10,000 IU’s in a day unless have been directed by health care provider.
